Only one account per person
Use of multiple accounts by the same person is not allowed. All accounts will be deleted and banned if discovered
Ads
Ads are meant to be used to promote, buy or sell products & services.
Ads that serve other purposes are not allowed
Do not post an ad to promote a website, or link to it for the sole purpose of generating traffic.
Affliate or referral links are not allowed.
No foul or vulgar words, in any language
Duration of Ad
All ads will be published for one month
You can choose to delete it before it expires
You can modify it at any time
If you need to renew your ad, you are only allowed to renew it 5 days before it expires. You will also receive a notification e-mail around that time.
Category
Please post the ad in the category most relevant to your ad
Duplicate postings in the same category are not allowed. Duplicate postings in multiple categories are generally allowed, limited to 2 categories at the most
Title
Please keep title descriptive but short
Examples:
House for Sale in Puchong Jaya
Looking to buy Nokia N95 Second Hand
New Massage & Spa Centre in Penang
Do not use punctuation marks and symbols excessively
Not allowed: Example: Get this gift now!!!!!!!!
Do not put extra keywords that have no relation at all to your product or service
Example: "Nokia, Motorola, Sony Ericcson for sale" when you are only selling a Nokia phone
Description:
To describe your products and services, or requests
Please keep them readable, and easily understood
Use of colours are allowed
Description that has no relevance to the advertise product or service will be deleted
You may use images that are taken from other places, but only if you own it or have the permission of the person who owns it.
No linking or inserting of videos or animations
Photos:
You are allowed to upload up to 3 photos. Each image can be not larger than 100kB
Only photos relevant to the ad is allowed e.g. picture of the house that is on sale
We do not recommend upload of company's logo, unless it is very relevant
Intellectual property e.g. copyright of the images must be respected. Please make sure you own the copyright of the images or photos, or have the permission of the copyright owner to use it.
You are not allowed to link to images uploaded here on other websites.
Contact
Only e-mail address is required during registration. It will not be publicly listed. To publish the e-mail address and other forms of contact such as telephone number is solely at your own discretion
Links
You may include links to other websites, only if it is relevant to your ad
Affliate/Referral links are not allowed.
Links that lead the user to another website where the advertiser will generate some kind of income or benefit, whether by viewing the page or any subsequent action (e.g. registering at that website) is not allowed
Links that mask another website (such as the use of frames) that will deceive the user is not allowed.
Masking/Redirect links (such as those by tinyurl) is not allowed

Products and services that involve gambling, including number prediction e.g. 4D
Drugs
Weapons
Pornography, lewd or obscene pictures
Sex services and prostitution
Prescription medication
Get rich schemes, pyramid schemes, instant return schemes
Postings that are unlawful, libelous, threatening, abusive, insulting, defamatory and vulgar
Money lending and loans, including legal money lenders
SMS Contests or Promotions
Alchohol, liquor, hard drinks, tobacco products
Personal messages
Satellite dishes, except for Astro
Black Magic services
Friendship or dating
Personal escorts
Promises that seem unreasonable or ridiculous (determined at the discretion of EZ.com.my)

Anything that is against the law of Malaysia
The administrator of EZ.com.my reserve to right to edit, modify or delete any ad that is against this Rules & Guidelines without the need for reason or prior notice. We also reserve the right to ban any user that violates the Rules & Guidelines repeatedly.
